Allure Affair is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Wedding Planner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a planner who is ready to manage weddings independently while working under an established and expanding brand.

Lead Planners are responsible for managing clients from initial consultation through wedding day execution. This includes coordinating vendors, building detailed timelines, overseeing design elements when applicable, and leading all event-day logistics.

Planners may bring their own clients while also receiving qualified leads generated through Allure Affair marketing and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors

  • Develop and manage wedding timelines

  • Lead rehearsal coordination

  • Execute and oversee wedding day logistics

  • Manage assistants and vendor flow on-site

Requirements

  • Prior wedding or event planning experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to lead events with professionalism and confidence

  • Weekend availability during wedding season

This is a growth-based role with tiered compensation, beginning with supported leadership and transitioning into independently leading weddings.

Allure Affair is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support our growing wedding planning and design brand. This role is perfect for someone interested in marketing, events, and content creation who wants hands-on experience building a brand in the wedding industry.

The Social Media Intern will help manage and grow our online presence by creating content, engaging with our audience, and supporting marketing initiatives across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design social media content for Instagram and TikTok

  • Assist with content planning and posting schedules

  • Engage with followers and interact with vendors and potential clients

  • Research wedding trends and content ideas

  • Assist with vendor outreach and relationship building

  • Support occasional behind-the-scenes content at events when applicable

Requirements
